TinkerCad - Design Process

Today at tech we created a google slide on how to use TinkerCad. I took screenshots of what I was talking about to give people a better understanding. The first time I used TinkerCad I found it easy because my graphics teacher Mrs Ferguson helped me a lot.

Summary:
This text talked about the Nurses that Treated Sick and Injured World War 1 soldiers. It also shared World War 1 Nurse Edna Pengally’s story. It talks about what operations Edna was a part of, and how she felt during her working hours. Edna Pengelly was born on the 5th July 1874, and died on the 20th August 1959. It explains that patients would be Treated in tents, Hospital ships, and even trains! There was a part of the text that explained shell shock, and it’s symptoms.  

THIS WEEK FOR READING WE HAVE BEEN LEARNING ABOUT NURSES IN WW1. DID YOU KNOW THAT NURSES GOT THE SAME ATTENTION AS THE SOLDIERS? WE USED OUR SMART SEARCHING SKILLS TO FIND A NURSE THAT HELPED THE SOLDIERS IN WW1. EDITH CAVELL WAS A MAJOR PART OF WW1. SHE WAS INCREDIBLY FAMOUS AFTER HELPING AROUND 200 ALLIES ESCAPE FROM THE GERMAN OCCUPIED BELGIUM. ALTHOUGH SHE WAS LATER ARRESTED AND SENTENCED TO DEATH BY GERMAN SOLDIERS.

Finding The Angles Using The Protracter


During Maths this week we were learning about how to use the protractor, we first needed to solve all of the questions on the paper. After that we then needed to make a DLO that shows how we solved the problems on the sheet using a protractor.
